ENGLISH BELOW Der Winter steht vor der Tür, unser IPA macht sich bereit. Am Hopfen haben wir nicht gespart, weder während des Würzekochens, noch bei der Kalthopfung. Herausgekommen ist ein klassisches Westcoast IPA, das neben tropischen Noten kräuterartige, harzige und - passend zum Winter - auch an Pinie erinnernde Aromen besitzt. Winter is just around the corner, our IPA is getting ready. We did not save on hops, neither during the wort cooking nor during the dry hopping. The result is a classic Westcoast IPA, which, in addition to tropical notes, has herb-like, resinous and - suitable for winter - also aromas reminiscent of pine.
