We’re expanding our line of hazy, hoppy and fruit-filled IPAs. Taking advantage of a broad choice of yeast and hops, our latest brew is already looking quite the opportunist. That, and you can’t mistake it for either the orthodox types of a century ago, the scrappy brews of the 70’s or even the picks from just two years ago. Even so, those three cherished, abbreviated letters are always the same. This time we’ve honed the recipe with a mix of American hops, giving a powerful surge to its aroma. Lactose adds a light sweetness, once again emphasizing the juiciness of citrus and tropical flavours. Trends change – IPAs remain.
