Пиво Building Bridges - Freddo Fox

This New Zealand IPA 6.0% generated a lot of excitement at the brewery, starting with the conversation with hop suppliers Hop Revolution and their local partners Agronet, then the hop rub before brewing, before the eventual expression of hop flavour in the beer. This is because BUILDING BRIDGES is all about the Riwaka hop, a New Zealand hop from the 2021 hop harvest, which ain't exactly easy to get hold of. From the bag to the beer, this hop has had the Freddo Fox brew team captivated. Lemon grass, juicy grapefruit, dank forest floors, ripe guava, wood resin, laurel, passion fruit seeds, capsicum, pine, lime leaves, hints of vanilla and wood smoke... The list of descriptions goes on and on. All this is delivered in a smooth, modern IPA which starts sweet but finishes a touch dry with a pleasant, lingering bitterness. It just keeps inviting further exploration of what this unique hop has to offer. Let's build bridge and let walls tumble!
