In THE GUNSLINGER we tried out a Sabro-Coastal Haze hop-yeast combo, and we are really happy with the results. Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic play supporting roles to Sabro at the dry-hop stage, meaning lots of apricot, some tropical fruit, and a hint of sweet coconut on the nose, all complemented by the creamy texture of Coastal Haze. It’s tangy and juicy, and there’s a hint of citrusy bitterness to counterbalance this beer’s big body. More, more, more.
