Water, Grains (Pilsner, Heidelberg, Wheat malt, Dextrin malt), Hops (Citra, Sabro, HBC630, BRU-1 Lupomax, Talus), Yeast (US-05 & Atecrem 05) JACKALOPE, brewed in collaboration with Croatia’s Maskeron. It’s a new take on an IPA for us, but still feels somewhat familiar. A Mountain DIPA aims to maximize juiciness, but still keep its bitter edge. We used a sure-shot addition of Citra and Sabro on the hot side, then dry hopped with funky modern hops - Bru-1 Lupomax, Sabro, HBC630 and Talus. The result’s packed to the gills with ripe pineapple, mango, soft floral notes, a squeeze of coconut cream in the finish and assertive, bittersweet pine resin in the finish.
