Christmas beer! literally made with a Christmas tree. on the nose you get pine and lemon. The taste hits you with a touch of salt and pine lemon followed up by a nice balanced acidity. This is a kettle sour Gose with a touch of Sauvin hops and pine tree, cones, wood, needles. We used Omega Cosmic Punch yeast to ferment it in stainless. TA = 0.67 acidity
