Пиво Domesticated - Lobik

Domesticated, Slovenian IPA with 6% ABV. This was an obsession of ours, making a beer with as much fruity flavor as possible without any unwanted off flavors. For more technically inclined people: we did a mash hop to “wake up” the thiols, low whirlpool to preserve as much volatile hop oils as possible, we used “Fruity” yeast strains, mid fermentation dry hop so we get extra flavor with biotransformation, enzymes and for the grand finale a good old dry hop. We wanted to have something a bit special, so we used only Slovenian hops like Styrian Wolf, Dragon and Fox. For an easy drinkable 6% clear beer, we got blown by the results.
