Пиво Barrel-Aged Ambiente (2020) - Shared

Following up on our release of Ambiente from 2019, we wanted to dig into our barrel stock and select barrels in which we thought would best lend themselves to the use of our "Mexican-Chocolate" adjuncts for this beer and a 2020 Barrel-Aged version. We selected a blend that consisted of: 20% Vibes recipe (same as the Ambiente base) aged in TWCP barrel selects with Vanilla Beans (4 Roses and Jim Beam) for 33 months 60% D3 recipe aged in Willett Rye barrels for 24 months (same as the Rye BBT components) 20% OWK recipe aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for 19 months Once mature, we added our blend of Ghana Cocoa Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Fresh Ground Cinnamon and Dried Ancho Chiles and steeped until we felt that the barrel, the base beers and the adjuncts were all in a balance that represents our take on Mexican Chocolate.
