Пиво Incrocio - Siemàn

This beer matures for 12 months in oak barrels. During this period, a slow and wild fermentation by indigenous yeasts and bacteria occurs. At the end of maturation, we add directly in barrels the Incrocio Manzoni and Moscato Bianco grapes we grow on Berici Hills. The maturation together with grapes continues for further 3 months. Unfiltered, bottle conditioned. Beer in evolution.
