Sour - Fruited • 3.9% ABV

Champagne Yeast, White grapes with Hallertau and Nelson Sauvin hops. This is a small batch experiment for a future collaborative project. Zingy, sparkly and intense this sour brings a lot to the table for the low abv. Complimented well by warm evening sunsets. Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, white grape, gooseberry.
