Beer - Our Philosophy We simply want to make beer that makes you happy. To do this we will follow two words. The first word is QUALITY, and we will always strive to ensure we achieve high quality beer. If it isn't what we want you to drink we will not sell it. The second word is LISTEN, and by this I mean we will listen to you and the markets to know what you want us to make. We will also prompt with fresh and interesting beers, often inspired by a traditional beer. Our beers will, at the start, try to be the best they can be within the style..... and then we shall see where things take us.
