Campervan Brewery

We are a brewery with a passion for quality beer and a thirst for travel. Our adventures take us on the quest for unusual places to brew, discovering flavoursome ingredients along the way, direct from their source. Not wanting to be restricted from the start, I opted for the full conversion of my garage enabling me to hand craft small batches of beer. I also started the conversion of a 1973 VW campervan, appropriately named ‘The Hoppy Camper’ (or ‘Olive’ by my kids), housing a fully mobile brew kit equipped to dispense beer. After a couple of promising first years, I opened The Campervan Brewery in Leith in January 2017. The brewery hasn’t stopped since, with the opening of a taproom in August 2017 and increased brewing capacity in 2019.
