We're on a journey to brew the finest beers using the best quality ingredients, diligence and a blend of traditional & innovative methods. Whatever the style, we always pack as much flavour as possible into our beers to give you maximum enjoyment. Our home is the old Kippen railway station in rural Stirlingshire, with far-reaching mountain views all around. Minimising our environmental impact is a key part of our ethos. We brew with electricity from 100% renewable sources, spent grain becomes animal feed and hops are composted. We use recyclable materials and minimise waste whenever possible.
