Funktastic Meads

Over the past few years our focus has been "pastry-style" meads. These meads tend to be sweeter, digestif-type meads focused on big flavors. Flavors include fruits, spices, hops, and also some crazy beer like adjuncts. Though we are focused on pastry mead, we have not neglected the more traditional style, come have a look.
