Spawned from a love of great beer and heavy metal, Leviathan Brewing is a micro brewer of unique, small batch beers, using quality, natural ingredients. We have the freedom to brew the beers WE want to enjoy with you. We are constantly looking to push the boundaries of modern brewing, creating both new innovative beers and our interpretation of traditional styles. We are passionate about what we do, putting our heart and soul into producing quality beers with big, bold and interesting flavours. We use only the best quality, natural and freshest ingredients in every beer we brew. All our beers are unfined and unfiltered so are often naturally hazy and, with the exception of the occasional use of Lactose, Vegan friendly.
