At BrewDog we're pretty excited about everything to do with making new beers. So excited that we decided each of our bars should get the opportunity to come up to the brewery and make a beer of their own. From recipe development through to getting knee deep in malts as they dig out the mash tun, this is the beginning of a new BrewDog story; the story of our bar brews. BDAB01 is a flapjack stout devised by the BrewDog Aberdeen staff who were keen to see a sessionable stout full of flavour and mouth feel feature on our draft boards. Brewed with cinnamon, honey and golden syrup, the rich malt body of this brew is balanced by a good bit of sweetness, complemented the earthy English hops used, East Kent Goldings and Bramling Cross. The beers are named according to the bar they originated from and the bars opening order. The bar beer names are: BDAB01 - Aberdeen BDED02 - Edinburgh BDGL03 - Glasgow BDCA04 - Camden BDNO05 - Nottingham BDNE06 - Newcastle BDMA07 - Manchester BDSH08 - Shoreditch BDBR09 - Bristol BDBI10 - Birmingham BDLE11 - Leeds BDST12 - Stockholm BDSH13 - Shepherd's Bush BDSA14 - São Paulo BDRO15 - Roppongi BDSH16 - Sheffield BDGO17- Göteborg BDDU18 - Dundee BDFI19 - Firenze BDCA20 - Cardiff BDCL21 - Clapham Junction BDLI22 - Liverpool BDBO23 - Bologna BDHE24 - Helsinki BDBA25 - Barcelona
