A style-busting Raspberry Smoothie IPA, Flat-Pack Fruit Bat is the first of our two collaborations with Omnipollo. Packed with fresh juicy raspberry flavour, this beer also encompasses the sweetness and full-bodied creaminess of a fruit smoothie - wheat, oats and milk sugars add layers of depth which balance the tart character of one Scotland's favourite fruits. Single-hopped with Mosaic, this IPA hasn't entirely lost its bitter nature, but the fruity, berry flavours of this new world hop complement and enhance the raspberry aroma.
