Enigma is, not surprisingly, an enigmatic hop. We lean heavily into its notes of berry and white wine while using Vic Secret to play up the more subtle tropical, passionfruit character of both hops. Eureka! adds a layer of citrus and a slightly piney, resiny finish. Hop profile: 50% Enigma 25% Vic Secret 25% Eureka!
