A crispy, dry-hopped Pilsner brewed with Epiphany Craft Malt and Carolina Gold Rice, German hops, and above-average carbonation. It's a sequel of sorts to last year's Anni Venti Italian-style Pilsner. And at the risk of stating the obvious, the name speaks of our hope for a more human, more kind new year.
