Introducing the Squabbit Series from Fullsteam! A series of one-keg only beers from our lab. Please let us know how you like them and we might just scale them up or focus on some of those styles/ingredients in the future! This next installment starts with a basic pale ale grist and then is allowed to ferment out with a Belgian farmhouse yeast strain before being finished with the fruitier of our in house mixed cultures. The color and aroma on this one bring me to a Belgian orchard on harvest Day; cheers!
