The main difference you will find between new and old school is new school does not use caramel malts, just a Pilsner malt base, also the hops are added in the whirlpool with only a tiny boil addition. You end up with a more juicy and softer bitterness profile. Hops: Strata, Citra, Idaho 7 and Mosaic
