TART WHEAT IPA 4% ABV 30 IBU 4 malts, oats & wheat Hops/ Citra, Strata, Galaxy y Waimea Adjuncts: HIBISCUS FLOWERS Nebula 3 is a tart session IPA with a low ABV and acidity. The appearance, aroma, taste and acidity is modeled of a study of pink grapefruit juice. The low acidity (PH 3.56) gives a mouthfeel as if its finishing gravity was actually much lower. The addition of hibiscus flowers, Citra, galaxy and Strata hops in the whirlpool gives a strong citrus body and grapefruit colour. The biter grapefruit aftertaste comes from Waimea hops and the aroma is from citra hops. There is no actual grapefruit in this beer!
