What happens when you take an IPA recipe and ferment it with a la ger yeast strain? We left out the dry hopping to let the lager yeast share the spotlight. Smooth, clean, mild bitterness and a touch of hop aroma. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed brewing it.
