Hopcraft Brewing

Hopcraft Brewery was the subsidiary brewery offshoot of Pixie Spring Brewery, under which all their more experimental and one-off radical beers were brewed and sold. Pixie Spring Brewery first brewed in spring 2010 out of the Wheatsheaf Inn, High Street, Llantrisant, Pontyclun. It was originally owned by Celt Experience. In 2011 it brewed for a short time using the name Korev, before settling on the Pixie Spring name in early 2012, when it separated from Celt Experience. It moved to its current address in spring 2013 where an 11BBL plant was used. Brewing ceased in early 2019 but bottles of their beer were still available in some local retailers for at least another year or so longer.
