Пиво Pride - Beavertown, Hale Brewing

Bière de Miel brewed up with our friends from Hale Brewing down the road in Tottenham. For Pride we wanted to showcase local ingredients as best as we can. The honey used in this mixed fermentation saison, with honey from Living Under One Sun (the allotment next to our Brewery) and from Local Honey Man (based across the Reservoir from the brewery) and hopped fairly highly for the style with Bullion hops from Hukins Hops in Kent. This was fermented out with our House Mixed culture and then blended with 18 Month old Biere de Miel which was aged in Aquavit barrel with dried lemons, and rosemary, again, from Living Under One Sun.
