Gyle No. 482. This fruited sour Pilsner is a collaboration with our good friends from Stillwater Artisinal in New York. We soured with our house Lactobacillus culture and fermented with a German Bock yeast, before fruiting with lychees and passion fruit puree during fermentation.

Bittering Hop: Pilgrim CO2 Alpha Extract
