Brewed in collaboration with friends @northernmonk. It's been quite some time since our last West Coast so we couldn't be more excited to release one of our favourite styles with one of our favourite breweries. It's a classic take with a fruity twist. This dank beast is packed to the rafters with a whole host of beautiful hops. Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Citra and Amarillo. Expect Pine, burnt sugar, Citrus peels, Orange Blossom with a tropical top note. As always brewed with top quality choice barleys and sprinkling of wheat and oats. An all-round modern incarnation of this classic style.
