Our first 12oz core beer brewed with 100% local malt, Biscuit is a little treat. Just enough banana and clove to know it's a wheat beer, with retrained yeast phenolics to ensure we don't overshadow the local grain bill. A touch cloudy and totally crushable, Biscuit is at home on the back deck or alongside your favorite locally sourced meal. Biscuit is a 2023 Good Food Award Finalist...and possibly a Winner.
