A cocktail-inspired sour based on the French 75 -- a brunch cocktail classically made with gin, lemon juice, and champagne. Juniper berries provide the gin character, lemon puree gives a lemon twist, and our UV base is the champagne equivalent. Expect a light malt sweetness in line with all of our sours, along with juniper and lemon in a blend that should approximate the cocktail quite well.
