Пиво UV-9 - Fullsteam

We return to the UV series with another cocktail-inspired sour. Whereas UV-75 drew inspiration from the French 75, its sequel, UV-9, draws from the Jack Rose, a classic drink traditionally made with Applejack brandy, grenadine, and lime. Our beer version combines a touch of malt sweetness, Botanist and Barrel apple pomace, and lime -- a Prohibition-era beverage for a beer garden, not a Speakeasy.
