Пиво Dr. Fig - Omnivar

Dr. Fig is a seasonal, limited edition beer we brew to commemorate dr. France Prešern, our national poet. It is a stronger beer of the style Belgian dubbel, to which we added dark candy syrup and dried figs. These ingredients give a taste of dried fruits, a bit of sweetness and a complex, but not too heavy body. The complexity and the sweetness disguise a relatively high alcohol content. This beer can easily compete with dessert wines as it is an excellent companion to sweet treats.
