Wine Barrel Fermented Missouri Saison Single Thread is our yearly release exclusively for our La Coterie members. For the 2022 blending, we chose to entwine threads of Oude Fermier fermented on Black Currants which was then blended in a Bière de Coupage style with a younger Missouri Saison. Single Thread was aged an extended period of time in the bottle before we felt it was ready to share with you.
