Another brew from our experimental line, using the latest in cryogenically-treated hops. In this IPA, two types of lupulin pollen went into the hopping: Mosaic and Citra. Thanks to our oddball approach, we’ve landed a softer hop profile that can’t help but charm with its fruit and citrusy layers. Using tried-but-true strains of New England yeast and a sprinkle of oat flakes adds up to a freshness you’ll have to taste to believe.
