Пиво Inflorescence - Fullsteam

We brewed this Belgian-style Dubbel just in time for this cooler weather. Inflorescence is yet another Plow to Pint beer (100% local malt) - this time brewed to honor the famous La Trappe Dubbel. We added a Southern spin with nearly 100 pounds of local figs and 30 pounds of Georgia pecans from BIPOC-owned New Communities. Pouring a beautifully clear ruby brown, Inflorescence features notes of fig, pecan, and dark fruit on a malty base with just a kiss of banana esters from the Abbaye yeast. It’s the perfect beer to warm up on a chilly, cloudy day.
