Пиво Squabbit #9 - Fullsteam

Introducing the Squabbit Series from Fullsteam! A series of one-keg only beers from our lab. Please let us know how you like them and we might just scale them up or focus on some of those styles/ingredients in the future! Number 9 is a base Belgian Strong Ale made with local figs that we continued to ferment with one of our house cultures. The culture adds a layer of depth, silky mouthfeel, and a slight tartness. Be careful with this one because it's a sipper even if it doesn't seem to be!
