A delightful roller coaster of flavors. UV-7 isn't as sour as some of the others in our UV series. The balance of flavors begins with a bright strawberry that turns quickly into chocolate and finishes on vanilla. Chocolate and vanilla linger on your palate with a light acidity, begging you to take another sip. Neapolitan ice cream is that weird thing where you get strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla in the same container and while only a savage would eat all three flavors mixed together, this is a great analog to that experience in a thirst quenching beer.
