Пиво 22 IPA - Accidental Brewery

Brewed for my wife Michelle, to celebrate her retirement from 22 years of being a primary school teacher. This beer was supposed to be more like 5% ABV but due to a longer boil, here we have a decent IPA with some bite at 7%. A simple malt bill, based around golden promise pale malt, with Citra and Simcoe hops. A double-dry hop gives the beer a distinctive, fruity flavour but not overpowering. This was not intended to be a full on NE-IPA but more of a gateway beer to artisanal, home-brew, craft. No attempt was made to fine this beer or make it crystal clear, it is as it is, vegan friendly with a slight haze.
