We brewed a beautifully balanced IPA that is fruity with hints of dried mango and pear. We used a simple base that allowed El Dorado and Citra to shine, and complimented it with Bravo and Mosaic to add layers of hop character. Just like Mary, we work at the art of patience and care to bring a very clean beer starting from the beginning when we mash-in to the very end when we carb in a very meticulous way. Of course, if you don’t agree, you can just as soon kiss a wookie!
