It is with great pleasure that we present to you today our new recipe, "Riwaka" Pale Ale.Riwaka" formerly known as "D Saaz" hops is a product of the HortResearch New Zealand Hops "hops with a difference" program and was officially released to the brewing world in 1997. We distinguish strong notes of grapefruit and kumquat but also a mild pleasant bitterness .
