This imperial sweet stout was matured 20 months in a single hand selected rye whiskey barrel. Jordan describes his selection as balanced, with spicy rye residual notes dancing with the stars on top of a silky sweet full bodied base as if from the depths of Mordor it wells, growing in power and spirit. If Jordan had to give the flavor profile a shape, he'd say a sphere, because it's so well rounded.
