Our resident Canadian brewer's take on this South German beer style, Hefeweizen, is brewed using White Wheat and Pilsner malt and is packed with phenolic notes of cloves, banana and some herbal spiciness. We also lightly hopped with Santiam to provide a slight bitterness and more floral aroma. This unique style has tons of flavor but is light and refreshing.
