[Northbound Gravity Sessions No: 05] The thirst for knowledge, litterateur, fine arts (and big bold flavored TIPAs) drove us into a more poetic approach to dry hopping for the fifth installment in the Northbound Gravity Sessions series - and so the “everything in moderation, including moderation” dry hopping method was born. Hidden in this TIPA’s hazy depths, courtesy of large portions of naked oat malt, torrefied wheat and flaked oats, lies absurd amounts of Simcoe and Vic Secret hops. Expect tropical fruits, ripe stone fruits, citrus and all other buzz words associated with the style - we’ve more or less ticked all the boxes on the aroma chart with this one.
