There is a great dominance of malty taste in the beer world, and the correlance between Whisky, Bourbon, Scotch and beer is obvious. But Gin, Absinth and Vermut are amazing beverages and they definitely deserve their own place in the sun too. So we decided to brew this Cocktail Pale Ale in their honour! Barley and wheat malts with addition of the three main ingredients for Gin – wormwood, angelica root and juniper berries. All that masterfully balanced with Cascade hops and orange peels for more intensive and refreshing taste.
