A DIPA made in collaboration with our friends at Blood Brothers. For this collab we settled on one rule: make a DIPA that is different. We changed out every malt we would typically use in a DIPA with varieties we had never tried. We immediately decided that no "sexy" hops could be used (we love ya, but your cut Citra, Mosaic, galaxy). Some more tweaking and we were staring at a brew sheet/beer that didn't look very familiar at all. We were excited. Dry hopped with the extremely common IPA combo of Belma, for its strawberry notes, Azacca for its candied mango and mixed tropical fruit notes, and Bru-1 for its pineapple, and peach cobbler vibes, this beer doesn't quite taste like any IPA we've tried, and it's absolutely delicious
