Пиво No Country - Badlands Brewing Company, Fairweather Brewing Company

A pilsner brewed with our friends from Fairweather Brewing in Hamilton, Ontario. We used their house lager yeast and drew inspiration from some of the fine beer ingredients being growing in France to make an Alsatian-style pilsner. We used malt from Fanco Belgerie and Strisselspalt hops (both from France). It’s a lovely little thing. We hope you enjoy it. Be sure to check out Fairweather for their version!
