The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup. This month we decided to do two things. First, we built a pale malt base with a malt we haven't used in many moons. Second we decided to flex on some of the most dank, yet fruity hops in a trifecta blend. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7, and Riwaka, all three of these hops are carry weighty dankness backed backed by ruby red grapefruit, mixed tropical fruit and gooseberry and underlying berry tones
