Pedestal is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop. This version of pedestal features a new hop from Jackson farms called Pink! It is said to have notes of citrus, stone fruit, honey, pineapple, vanilla. Sounds like a winner to us, which is why we decided to give it the solo hop treatment!
