We are one of the first European breweries to try Yakima Chief's new VISTA hops and we want to share it with you. Vista hops have a perfect fruity profile for hop forward beers such IPAs and specifically hazy ones. Guava, mango, melon and citrus aromas flow out and come together nicely at the first sniff of this fresh hop. So here it is, Dancing Lobster clocking 6,4% ABV with a wonderful hazy pale yellow look thanks to a mix of extra pale, oat flakes and malted wheat, with in house yeast to help arise the hop's tropical character and create a clean sheet for showcasing VISTA hops.
