Hazy DIPA • 8.2% ABV • Last month we took our brew team up to Yakima Valley, Washington to smash some hops and build out our collective sensory lexicon. This Hazy DIPA is a beautiful byproduct of our heightened ability to communicate the flavors we're sensing individually, and how to best build out the flavors we're looking to accomplish in a new concept. NYSML was brewed with Galaxy, Strata, and Simcoe for an aromatic punch of sweet summer peach and candied orange that translate to the palate with an added pop of Juicy Fruit gum and a bite of ripe passionfruit. It's a milky straw color, silky and cloud-like with a soft, full-bodied mouthfeel, and has moderate carbonation to lift each sip neatly off the palate.
