This Gueuze inspired ale was fermented and aged in French and American Oak barrels deep in the belly of the Bozeman Underground. The perfect blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old Lambic inspired barrels was selected to create this very unique beer. Over a period of 36 months a blend of bacteria and wild yeast created a complex flavor profile that is tart and funky. pH 3.2 TA 13
